There is no procedure more drastically improve an aging face than face lifting. In correction aging face, there has been many techniques of face lifting, for example, subcutaneous dissection plane, sub SMAS dissection plane, or sub periosteal dissection plane. Each technique needs a thoroughly facial analysis to design the most appropriate procedure in each patient. When adequate surgical release is achieved, surgical fixation is important to hold the mobilized soft tissue in its new position.
