Jane Angelina Darakjian is a US Citizen of Lebanese Armenian origin. She graduated from the Lebanese American University affiliated with The States University of New York majoring Chemistry, Psychology and Maths as Pre-medicine and obtained my PhD in Human Nutrition and Dietician from Yerevan University, Armenia. She practised Clinical Dietician at one of the popular Belhoul European Hospital during my first 4 years in Dubai and soon after moved into a prestigious Manchester Clinic for around 9 and ½ years, acting as the head of Department practicing in wellness, dietitian- nutrition & fitness Consultant based on anti-aging protocol and life sciences. She has made appearances in various media channels such as newspapers and magazines including Health and Nutrition, BBC health magazine and Men’s Health and TV programs on nutritional and sports educational topics. I have been invited guest at various local and foreign media stations & channels. Dubai TV, CNBC Arabia, MBC, Dubai sports channel, Al Jazira, Al Arabia and KSA, Sharjah and Radio stations, Dubai Eye, Um Al Qywan, American University of Dubai, UAE University. She has treated VIP and public figures of various nationalities, ambassadors, military league and women’s league personnel in Dubai. She has attended, often as a speaker, many GCC conferences Dnata and Emirates airlines medical headquarter medical groups, including Arab Health in Dubai, Abu Dhabi rehabilitation and sports medicine and Doha Aspetire sports medicine. Couple of years ago, she joined the DFC/FIISM fellowship program faculty in the USA , at global lecture venues from Las Vegas to Bangkok-, through which she further advanced her career in fitness education and gained a wider exposure of their health problems as diabetes, Cardiovascular disease and Obesity. 2 years ago she had opportunity to appear at The Doctor’s program from the main studio of Hollywood at California State.
Her mission is to inspire, spread and accelerate powerful health improvement strategies and influence in many communities specially this part of the region at all our United Arab Emirates community.

Environmental and social factors affect food choices which lead to serious health problems at the Office Life. Eating healthy affect our overall physical, mental and social health and wellbeing evidence based research states that dietary and physical activity behaviors affect specially among employees health. Some issues are influenced by a wide variety of forces, changes in behaviors which require interventions and commitment to action at multiple levels. The latest researchers have proved that a majority of the employees who work indoors are suffering from certain health problems more than outdoor employee such as: rickets, depression, osteoporosis, obesity, vitamin D deficiency, stress etc. I will discuss some case studies form my patients to show how to improve employee wellness, dietary adjustment, usage of supplements at need and quality of life.
Obesity, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, cancer, depression, autism, hormonal imbalances, inflammatory diseases and allergies have common conditions, which is linked to a lack of healthy gut bacteria. The gut microbiome has tiny life forms that make in our gastrointestinal tract. At this point probiotics are the beneficial gut bacteria that are essential to promoting health and preventing disease. They are present in the gut of healthy people and can be consumed in foods or supplements to restore or enhance health. Probiotics: Improve digestion, produce essential vitamins and minerals.
When our gut bacteria are out of balance, disease happens. We can restore this balance in favor of health and choosing foods that nourish us and can enhance our gut functioning to support optimal health.
Simple dietary choices can be beneficiary treatment as non-invasive including exercise prescriptions for certain diseases. Also it gives a good impact to the World’s Top Killers: Heart Disease, Cancer, and Diabetes diseases. It does not require drugs, surgery, any restricted diets or any other pill, potion or ‘Magic Elixir!’ The current World Pandemic in heart disease, cancer, and diabetes is a direct result of poor exercise and eating habits!
The Medical Community can no longer ignore the vast body of EVIDENCE BASED MEDICINE RESEARCH (EBMR) that proves that Exercise and dietary - Nutrition Prescriptions, non-invasive Lifestyle Management and Age Management Protocols are the most effective treatments for the care and prevention for virtually all chronic diseases, disabilities and dysfunctions.
The new era protocols that I am going to discuss during my talk about the nourishment inside out will help and support our and employee’s daily wellbeing issues, improve their lifestyle and provide more valuable time at their office and their life.
I will also focus on the basic issues which must be taken into consideration for educational level. To extend my discussion more on the recent view of nutritional deficits and Physical activities in obese and overweight individuals and touch on the effects of depression, bariatric patients coping on quality of life.
